block of time you purchase, the less you
pay per hour. For example, should an organization
purchase a 10-hour annual support contract
they may utilize the support as needed until
it is exhausted, or until the annual period
has expired.

and operation of the software. Phone support
is available from 9 a.m. to 6:30p.m. Monday
through Saturday .
